Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines (Turning / Milling / VMC / HMC) as per job requirements
- Load and unload components and tools safely
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings and specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make basic offset adjustments
- Measure components using vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Ensure components meet quality and tolerance standards
- Perform basic machine maintenance and housekeeping
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Required Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of CNC machining processes
- Ability to read basic drawings and understand tolerances
- Familiarity with measuring instruments
- Attention to detail and quality orientation
