Key Responsibilities
- Assist in aerospace component assembly and production activities
- Learn and follow aerospace standards, procedures, and documentation (SOPs, work instructions)
- Support machine operation, tooling setup, and part handling under supervision
- Perform basic inspection and measurement using precision instruments
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and 5S standards
- Record production and quality data as required
- Support senior technicians and engineers in daily operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of mechanical / aerospace manufacturing concepts
- Understanding of precision measurement tools (vernier, micrometer preferred)
- Willingness to learn aerospace quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and discipline
