Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Responsible for empanelling with colleges and institutes to create a talent pipeline.
- Responsible for organizing and participate in campus recruitment drives to identify potential candidates
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard local manpower vendors to fulfil diverse recruitment needs
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
- Responsible to coordinate for Lining up candidates in bulk based on specific client requirements
- Act as the point of contact between the company and empanelled vendors to streamline the bulk recruitment process
- Identify and onboard reliable manpower vendors for database creation and recruitment needs.
- Develop and maintain a robust database of potential candidates through vendor and college collaborations
- Track and evaluate vendor performance to ensure recruitment targets and quality standards are met and to provide feedback and initiate corrective measures when needed
- Represent the company at job fairs, career expos, and industry events to network with vendors and institutes
- Responsible for organizing vendor meets and networking events to strengthen collaboration and share best practices
- To comply with the needs of the company, and to take on any other work allocated by your supervisor.
- Ensure self-involvement and timely and efficient completion of TEI initiatives of QCC/ Kaizen related projects leading to efficiency gains/ cost reduction
