Roles and Responsibility
- Assemble components and products as per work instructions
- Operate basic production and assembly machines
- Perform visual and basic quality checks on finished products
- Meet daily production targets with accuracy and efficiency
- Follow safety rules, SOPs, and company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the shop floor
- Report machine issues, defects, or material shortages to supervisors
- Support team members to ensure smooth production flow
